Lyrics to this song were written by Manny Castillo. (Paradox)
An ode to his father written after he had passed. Manny originally sang this song at his father's funeral. Alan was so taken by the impact of emotion that he asked if he could write music to it. In a phone conversation with Manny, as he sang the words, Alan started playing along with the vocal melody and the song came to life. Burning Circle later recorded the song with the intention of having Manny come in and record the vocals. We never got Manny's voice on the track, but we did get his blessing to release the recording. Hope you enjoy...
